A. #1 HALLOWEEN PIRATE SHIP

# 1 A. HALLOWEEN PIRATE SHIP
# 1 This is the good ship Halloween, just come into port from Halloween Island with an incredible “cargo” of great Halloween collector items such as Halloween decorations, toys, novelties, games and other memorabilia from the past. The cargo has many items from the early 1970’s through the ‘80’s and some from the early ‘90’s.

I used an old Kool Cigarettes Sailboat (1970’s) to create this haunted Halloween Pirate Ship. For full details and dimensions of the boat check out the next posting entitled KOOL CIGARETTES SAILBOAT. I created this Halloween “pirate ship” with a 3-fold idea:
· It makes for an unusual display.
· For children and teenagers the pirate skeletons have a few messages about smoking, drinking and drugs.
· It’s a great way to exhibit Halloween decorations and other spooky items!

NEW: The entire group of pirate items listed in the HALLOWEEN PIRATE COLLECTION –the skeletons, their clothes and accessories, etc. are new of the last three years, except for the 2 Skull Clubs.

# 1 A. KOOL CIGARETTES SAILBOAT

# 1 A. KOOL CIGARETTES SAILBOAT BECOMES HALLOWEEN PIRATE SHIP
This is an original Kool Cigarettes Sailboat from the 1970’s, featuring the design and colors of the Kool logo. I used this boat to create the HALLOWEEN PIRATE SHIP with various items mostly from the Halloween Pirate Collection. The boat was manufactured by Snark Products. It is white with a green trim. The sail itself is white and green with the letters KOOL in green just as it is in their cigarette packaging and advertisements. Kool used these in the 1960’s and ‘70’s in their TV commercials and magazine color ads. They got requests and authorized Snark Products to make them for a period of time for enthusiastic customers.
Size: Approximate Dimensions - 10’ 11” L 37 2/4” W 10 1/2” Deep Thickness 2 1/2” Weight: approx. 40 – 50 lbs. Weight Capacity: 315 lbs. Construction: made of a thick, sturdy Styrofoam type material.
Condition: The boat is in remarkably good shape for its age. It has lots of character and recalls the days when smoking cigarettes was very much in vogue. It would look newer if it were cleaned. The boat has some age marks, as does the sail. I think the sail could be cleaned. There are some animal scratches in a few places on the bottom of the boat at the front. This item includes the boat, sail (a type of nylon, I think), 3 metal poles for holding the sail and what I believe is the rudder (inserted in the center).
